As I reflect on the third week of my teaching practice, I am pleased to note that I was able to implement the four action plans that I had designed to help my students overcome their difficulties in learning question tags. It was rewarding to see my students begin to grasp the concept and apply it in their language exercises. The action plans, which included explicit instruction, guided practice, independent practice, and feedback, seemed to be effective in addressing the students' weaknesses and boosting their confidence in using question tags. Additionally, the week was marked by a joyful New Year celebration organized by the school, where students cut cakes and participated in various programmes. Overall, the third week of my teaching practice was a productive and enjoyable one, and I fee...
From 10th December to 15 th December 2024, we conducted our five days community living camp. The theme of the communityliving camp samadharshana was centered around the idea of building a sense of community and social responsibility among the participants. The camp aimed to foster a sense of connection, cooperation, and mutual understanding among the students, and to encourage them to think critically about social issues and to take action to make a positive impact in their communities. The theme was reflected in the various activities and programs that were organized during the camp, which included team-building exercises, community service projects, and discussions on social issues.
As I reflect on the fourth week of my teaching practice, I am delighted to note that I was able to implement three more action plans as part of my action research, building on the progress made in the previous week. These additional action plans were designed to further support my students in overcoming their difficulties with question tags, and it was heartening to see them actively engage with the new strategies and activities. The students' participation and enthusiasm were evident in the way they responded to the lessons, and I could see a noticeable improvement in their ability to use question tags correctly. The week was also marked by a exciting football tournament organized for the UP students, which brought a lot of energy and excitement to the school. The tournament was a great way to promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and physical activity among the students, and I was impressed by the skills and dedication displayed by the participants. Overall, the fourth wee...
