PHASE 2 TEACHING PRACTICE REFLECTION: WEEK 3(30/12/24- 4/1/25)

As I reflect on the third week of my teaching practice, I am pleased to note that I was able to implement the four action plans that I had designed to help my students overcome their difficulties in learning question tags. It was rewarding to see my students begin to grasp the concept and apply it in their language exercises. The action plans, which included explicit instruction, guided practice, independent practice, and feedback, seemed to be effective in addressing the students' weaknesses and boosting their confidence in using question tags. Additionally, the week was marked by a joyful New Year celebration organized by the school, where students cut cakes and participated in various programmes. The celebration was a wonderful way to bring the students together and create a sense of community, and I was happy to see my students having so much fun and excitement. Overall, the third week of my teaching practice was a productive and enjoyable one, and I feel grateful to have had the opportunity to make a positive impact on my students' learning and to be a part of their special moments.
